When you first start connecting with Redeemer’s Church we invite you to take the time to check us out. We call it, “dating the church.” When people visit churches they often feel pressure to immediately join and take a responsibility. At Redeemer’s we believe its important for you to make a commitment with your eyes wide opened — so we invite you to FIRST — be sure you know Jesus for yourself. THEN, we invite you to explore who we are as a community to see if you want to belong. Many of our newcomers get to know us through service.
Date the Church
As you are getting to know us and discover your purpose in the the world in this season of your life, we encourage you to try out different aspects of the ministry. Be a greeter for a week. Participate in a mission project. Sing in the Choir. Attend a Second hour seminar. By trying out different aspects of the ministry without obligation — we believe you will better see the good you are meant to do in the world.
